Midland Court/Weber Drive is a 321 family resident housing with 120 unit apartment complex – 13 one bedroom, 56 two bedrooms, 39 three bedrooms and 12 four bedroom apartments.

Weber Community Garden is located in 2 Weber Drive, which is on the Port Chester Housing Authority property.  Weber Community Garden is approximately 2,000 square feet with 23 4’x 8’ raised beds including 2 elevated beds, 3 composting pins, 2 spigots, a shed with garden tools, gloves and a wheelbarrow.  Garden beds are maintained by resident gardeners of Weber Drive, Purdy Avenue, and Traverse Avenue.​
